Gurten – The highest Ferris wheel in Bern

It is already an indispensable landmark in many well-known cities: the Ferris wheel. This autumn you can enjoy a ride on the Ferris wheel on Bern's local mountain Gurten. Feel transported back to your childhood and experience the wonderful autumn atmosphere from breathtaking heights with a magnificent view of the city of Bern. An experience for the whole family.
On some evenings there are gin, beer or wine tastings as well as raclette and fondue dinners. Combine the wind and the view with a culinary highlight. Travel comfortably by train to Wabern by Bern. The valley station of the Gurtenbahn is only a few steps away from the station.

Warm and weather-appropriate clothing is recommended. The events take place in all weathers.

In Bern, gin is traditionally drunk at the very bottom of the city: in the Matte on the Aare. Now you can enjoy the pleasure of gin in one evening at the highest point of Bern. Try different types of gin and enjoy the magnificent view over Bern. The tasting starts at 8 pm when you enter the Ferris wheel.
