Bistro offer on board trains
Enjoy drinks and snacks on the go
On the Kambly trains and our new MIKA trains there are bistro zones with snack and coffee vending machines available for passengers to use. This varied offering comprises warm and cold drinks as well as sweet and savoury snacks. Whether cappuccino, ice tea, soup, chocolate, or Kambly biscuits — there is something to suit every taste.
Trains with bistro zones are marked in the online timetable and in the BLS Mobil App with the «Bar» symbol.
Where to find our bistro trains
MIKA trains
The new MIKA trains run primarily along the following routes:
- Bern–Neuchâtel–La Chaux-de-Fonds
- Thun–Bern–Burgdorf–Langnau
- Bern–Spiez–Brig/Zweisimmen
- RABe 528 – «MIKA» The future has begun
Kambly trains
Kambly trains run along the Bern–Lucerne route. The bistro zones are situated in the middle of the train. There is a family zone right next door to the bistro zone. Here children can solve puzzles on the individual compartment tables; there is a colouring and puzzle book in the compartment.
