Rail Lost Property Office
SBB's lost property system allows you to use the Internet or phone to report property as lost. You can also submit a report at any ticket counter. Items that have been found are checked against items reported as lost every day. Regardless of whether or not your property has been found, you will receive an update on the progress made after 4 and 10 days via SMS, email or letter.
The easiest and quickest way to report property as lost is via the Internet. This reporting method is available 24 hours a day and is free of charge.
