Biel/Bienne Lido
A day out on the beach in the middle of the town
With its welcoming atmosphere, the “Strampi” – or “Plage de Bienne” – is a great place to relax. Whether on sand or grass, in the sun or in the shade, in the Biel/Bienne lido you’re sure to find a comfortable place to stretch out. There’s also a popular water park with a variety of play equipment. Those who prefer to stay dry when exercising, however, can play beach volleyball, table tennis, badminton or football.

The water park is open every day (1.6. - 31.8.) from 14.00. Children under the age of 10 may only use the water park if accompanied by an adult.

In poor weather, the pool may be closed early.
Children under the age of 16 are allowed entry only until 18.00 hours if unaccompanied by an adult.
