Young talent program

Transfer the knowledge you have learned directly into your everyday work?

This is possible as a working student. You work between 50% and 80% and are also a student. You have your own area of responsibility and can take on responsibility.

Duration of employment

During your studies (up to two years with optional extension until the end of your studies).

Requirements

You are a student and have already completed your fourth semester of your Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Future prospects

You will gain important experience and get to know BLS. We will discuss your future plans before you complete your trainee program.
