Finn the beaver lives in the small town of Aarberg on the old River Aare. Finn has gone exploring and can't find his way home. Solve the puzzles with the help of the digital trail and follow Finn's tracks. If you find it, a reward awaits the whole family. During the hike, you will learn exciting facts about the beaver and the region.

Puzzle trail
The digital puzzle trail takes you and your family from Aarberg along the old Aare to Lyss. On the almost 7-kilometre-long trail (duration: approx. 2.5 hours) through the beautiful floodplain landscape. Many quiet places invite you to linger, play and barbecue. Thanks to the playful posts along the way, you and your whole family will learn many interesting facts about the beaver and the region. The puzzle trail mostly follows natural paths.
A reward awaits you!
If you manage to find the lost beaver Finn, you will receive a reward at the end of the puzzle trail (1 reward per registered group/purchased voucher).

Notes
- Start and finish are not at the same location. We therefore recommend travelling by public transport.
- The puzzle trail is suitable for children aged 6 and over and is suitable for pushchairs except for one section with steps.
- A large part of the puzzle trail leads along forest paths and is also recommended on hot summer days. As there may be mosquitoes in the water, we recommend packing an insect repellent.
- All you need to take part is a smartphone with an internet connection. A virtual map guides you to the various tracks of Beaver Finn. As soon as you are in the right lane, the digital content is displayed on your smartphone.
Important information about your smartphone
- The smartphone must have an internet connection.
- The GPS location function of the smartphone must be activated. More information can be found in the menu under "Help".
- You will be using your smartphone intensively, so a full battery or a power bank is an advantage.
How to get there
Trip to Aarberg
Travel comfortably by train to Aarberg. The first post on the puzzle trail is at the railway station. The destination of the trail is near Lyss railway station.
