Our commitment: Organising annual community events, consolidating topics through specialist presentations, establishing new networks.
Women's network
Enable visibility for women in BLS, regardless of role and hierarchy. Create opportunities for individual development.
Our commitment: Establishment of the BLS women's network in a male-dominated environment. Organisation of two events a year, each with over 100 female participants.
Memberships
BLS is part of networks spanning multiple companies. In this way, we benefit from best practices and enable employees to take part in individual programmes or training courses.
