Wheel load measurement
Accurate weighing of railway vehicles made easy
According to the regulations of various railway authorities, or at the request of the manufacturer, it is necessary to check the wheel load distribution of vehicles at certain intervals and after major conversions or accidents (e.g. AB-EBV - Implementation provisions of the railway ordinance). This is to ensure that the weight distribution is equal on all wheels.

Our services
Measurement
The wheel load on the wheel flange is measured when the vehicle is stationary without any negative influence from tension between the wheelset and the track. The wheel is lifted slightly by the wheel load scale installed in the track. If the shims are completely removed, the wheel load scale can be driven over normally.Your benefits
- Wheel load measurement at your premises
