This forms the basis for the company's long-term success, counteracting the risk of a shortage of skilled labour and maintaining BLS's attractiveness as an employer. There are also various initiatives in the areas of diversity and inclusion as well as employee health and development.

Working conditions

BLS is committed to providing attractive working conditions for its existing and future employees. They have the opportunity to get involved in the development of working conditions via the trade unions and various employee dialogue formats. There are also efforts to promote health among the workforce with accident prevention programmes and the "Gsund@BLS" health programme.
